1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Ancient Inc. ("Company"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

Ancient Inc. offers the design and completion of tattoo. The prices are variable to the complexity of the tattoo, the size of the tattoo, and the time required to design and complete the tattoo. These services are subject to the terms outlined herein. Deposits of 50% of session will be required upon scheduling

3. Payment Terms

a. Fees: The Client agrees to pay all fees associated with the services provided as detailed in the service agreement.

b. Late Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 20% will be applied.

c. Billing Disputes: Any billing disputes must be reported within 7 days from the invoice date.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

a. Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels a scheduled service, they must provide 48 hours notice. Late cancellations after will result in forfeit of deposit.

b. No-Show: Failure to attend a scheduled service without prior notice will result in forfeit of deposit.

c. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services with 48 hours notice without penalty.

5. Early Termination

In the event of early termination of services by the Client, the Client will be responsible for the remaining project cost. The remaining project cost will be charged as outlined in the service agreement.

6. Service Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with or without notice. The Company will not be liable to the Client or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

7. Liability and Indemnification

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

9. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on the Company's website and effective immediately upon posting.
